With the Aveedo Activity Board, all upcoming tasks can be directly entered as “tasks”. The tasks can then be easily moved in the weekly or daily planning via drag & drop, e.g. to change the status from “open” to “in progress”. Once completed, they can be found in the overview under the status “Completed”. Besides the description, additional information such as due date, estimated processing time and priority are visible at any time.
Any employee can add new tasks, which are then visible to everyone. By specifying the time durations, the estimated workload of the employee can be determined. An additional function is that the employee can directly enter the time spent on the task under “time bookings”. An assignment function allows assigning tasks directly to an employee. This employee will then receive an e-mail notification with a direct link to the task. The Aveedo Activity Board thus offers a platform for cooperative and collaborative work.

Aveedo Contact Manager provides a complete solution for address management. In addition to companies and contact partners, company groups and locations can also be assigned. With company groups, individual companies can be grouped together meaningfully as needed by the user. By storing different locations for a company with address and contact data, it is no longer necessary to repeatedly enter this data for each assigned contact person. In case of subsequent changes, only one address has to be adjusted here. The sophisticated user interface makes it very easy to display and filter related elements. A tab function directly displays all stored data (location, the corresponding contacts and documents) when clicking on a company, for example.

Any employee can fill out their vacation application conveniently using their browser from anywhere. In addition to the classic selection of the period and duration of the vacation, additional information such as special leave, such as parental leave or educational leave, can be entered. Of course, there is also an option for half-day leave. Besides the available holidays of the year, the already planned vacation days are also displayed in the menu. Upon submission of the application, additional messages can be written, which the approver will receive with the application. The status of the request can be queried at any time.
From the point of view of the approver, all employee requests are displayed. If the request is approved, a notification is sent directly to the approver’s own account. Notifications can also be exchanged here.
In addition to leave, absences due to illness can also be optionally maintained for employees by the personnel department. This provides a conclusive overall picture in the leave account of each employee.
Certainly, all data is provided with appropriate access rights, so that privacy and confidentiality is ensured across all departments.
As a forum, the Aveedo Standard Discussion Application provides a great way to communicate and exchange information. Its simple and clear structure allows you to write contributions as the main topic, which can then be answered with further contributions. In the main view, all posts can be sorted by author or assigned category. In addition, contributions are sorted alphabetically and in ascending or descending order by date. By entering “keywords” in the quick search, relevant contributions can be filtered and displayed. Thus, a further function is the storage and archiving of information and “company knowledge”.
