Recently, the Aveedo version 6.0 was released. As part of the update many features have been revised and some new ones have been added. Below is an overview of the most important changes and innovations.
Completely renewed Workflow Editor
The previous Flash-based workflow editor has been replaced with a modern HTML5-based editor with intuitive operation and equipped with additional features. These include specifying fonts and sizes, copying and pasting inline images, and hiding the toolbar for a clean layout.
Multi Upload
We’ve expanded the Rich Text field so you can now upload multiple attachments at once.
File Viewer
Attachments in documents can now be displayed directly in the browser without having to be downloaded first. The only requirement: the browser supports the respective file type.
Advanced Folder Options
From now on, folders which have no configured reference (inheritFrom) can be displayed. In addition, the configuration against the folder can be checked.
Custom View Icons
The view management has been extended so that now individual icons (Font Awesome) with color design and tooltip can be used.
Context Actions on new Icon in Views
Context actions are now also displayed by a clicking an icon (three dots) on the right edge.
Option to hide Columns in Views
There is now an option that allows hiding a column on either the desktop or mobile view.
